The future of learning lives beyond the page
CR8LAB builds experiences that join books, augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and interactive storytelling into one platform. Knowledge you can hold, walk into and take apart.
Built for Africa. Designed for the world. Running on technology we own.
Working with [LASRIC, NITDA, NTI, CcHUB, ReLearn].
Learning should never be limited to words on a page
Every child deserves to see an idea move. To run an experiment without a laboratory that costs more than the school. To stand inside a place they will never fly to, and a century they will never live in. To finish the lesson believing they could build something themselves. That belief is the whole reason CR8LAB exists, and it is the test every product here has to pass.
The platform
One platform. Many worlds.
A printed page, a phone, a headset, a classroom display and a cloud that remembers what each learner did. Eight parts, built to work together and built to work alone.
Interactive Books
Printed titles with a full digital layer that lifts off the page when scanned.
AR Experiences
Scan a page, a poster, a product or a room, and watch the subject assemble itself in front of you.
VR Learning
Places you can enter and move through, for headset and for browser.
Virtual Science Labs
Practical experiments a student can run alone or as a class, with no equipment and no risk.
AI Learning Companion
A tutor that follows the curriculum, adapts to a learner's pace, and reports to the teacher rather than around her.
Teacher Studio
Where a teacher builds an immersive lesson without writing code.
Creator Platform
Where a student builds their own experience, which is where the ambition stops being ours and becomes theirs.
Analytics
What was understood, what was not, and what to do about it before the term ends.
Eight products, one library
Buy one, or run the whole stack. Everything shares the same content library, so a scene built for a book works in the lab, the headset and the classroom display without being made twice.
Where our work runs
We started in classrooms because that is the hardest room to hold. The same technology now runs in galleries, showrooms, training centres and campaigns.
Education
Virtual laboratories and AR books that run offline on the devices schools already own.
Museums and culture
AR layers over existing exhibits, reconstructions of what is missing, and a version visitors carry home.
Publishing
A digital layer for the titles you already print, or new immersive titles co-published with the studio.
Healthcare
Environments a learner can enter and move through, built for headset and for browser.
Manufacturing and industrial training
Simulations of your actual procedures, and safety scenarios that can go wrong without consequence.
Retail and brands
Packaging and product AR at true scale, delivered from a QR code with nothing to download.
Tourism
Location based experiences for events, campuses and trails, delivered in app or on the web.
Government
State level deployment with device supply, teacher certification and reporting that stands up to an audit.
Creative and cultural industries
Original African assets from the library, and a production partner in the same time zone.
Work
Most companies in this category show a demo. We can show you a product in daily use.
Blue Sands is the first platform built on CR8LAB technology. It runs offline, on the devices those schools already own, in front of the least forgiving audience there is, which is a room of nine year olds. Everything we build afterwards is held to that standard.

CR8LAB Labs
Not every idea starts with a client
Labs is where we build our own intellectual property. Living books, digital heritage, African STEM worlds, historical reconstructions and accessibility research. Some of it becomes product. All of it makes the commissioned work better.
Built in Africa. Designed for African realities. Made for global use.
We build the technology, not the integration.
The 3D assets, the engine work, the content library and the platform are ours. That is why we can change them, price them in naira, and licence them out.
We design for the low end first.
If it runs well on a mid range Android over a weak connection with the power off, it runs beautifully everywhere else. Most competitors design in reverse and never arrive.
We ship products, not pilots.
A campaign lasts six weeks. A school term does not care about your roadmap.
We publish what we learn
Very few creative technology companies show their working. We publish research on learning science, spatial computing, digital publishing and AI in the classroom, including the results that did not go our way.
The next generation should be building this, not just using it
Hackathons, creator grants, teacher ambassadors, university partnerships and youth programmes. An ecosystem is the only version of this that outlives us.

The next generation will not learn the way the last one did
Whether you run a school, a ministry, a museum, a publishing house or a fund, the conversation starts the same way. Tell us what you want people to be able to do.
